I read an article today that I thought worth sharing.  A young American woman doing (apparently) volunteer work in Colombia had her Yahoo E-mail account hijacked (seems like it can really happen).  In a situation where many of us would be wishing violent retribution on the perpetrator, in actuality thinking only of the inconvenience to our own lives, this woman decided instead to interact personally and kindly with the hijacker.  Read the story here:
